In accordance with Article 9, Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Affairs”, the buyer has the right to return and exchange goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Exchange or return is carried out only if the goods are in their original condition and all accompanying elements (tags, labels, receipt, original packaging) are preserved.
We are not responsible for defects in the goods if they arose after transfer due to the customer’s violation of the rules for using or storing the goods, or the actions of third parties!

- Refunds are made in accordance with the procedure and terms specified by the current legislation of Ukraine
- Exchanges or returns of goods are made using delivery services only by postal/courier shipments
- Returns of goods of proper quality are made at the expense of the client, parcels with unpaid delivery are returned back to the sender
- After receiving and processing the return, the funds will be transferred to your account within 14 banking days
Individual order
Goods that were made to an individual order are not subject to return! These conditions do not limit the legal rights of the consumer granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine.
